1963 Harley Davidson Panhead
(Featured on 26th November 2011)
Sellers original description:
This is a beauty - 1963 Harley Panhead is in excellent show condition, She is usually a 1st kick starter and runs beautifully.
The engine and box are oil tight and she fly's.
The drum brakes function well (as well as can be expected) and have new internals. The 1 3/4" drag pipes have HP performance baffles.
The bike is set up presently with a foot clutch and jockey shift. I can change this if needed at an extra cost. Conversion to hand clutch foot shift if that is your preference.
The paint was done last year when the engine was out. The color is Volkswagen Malachite Green. The tank badges are not original but are correct for a '63.
The belly numbers on the engine cases match and they are original.
As far as the rest of the bike, she has lived a long and fruitful life and I cannot guarantee that any of the other parts were on the bike at original sale.
